Marathon Nagari, Badlapur
Carried out aluminium formwork design for G+4 and G+7 storeyed building. Here we have used 85% of old formwork and balance purchased newly from local vendors. The entire township project consist of 26 buildings with 1BHK, 1.5BHK, and 2BHK configuration. The design part consist of designing of ground floor, typical floor, staircase portion and terrace elevation. Some special formwork for staircase & terrace elevation were purchased from local vendor.
The aluminium formwork system for entire township project was designed by Arvind Mehta during his tenure with Marathon Realty Ltd.
Marathon Onyx, Mulund
Marathon Onyx is G+12 storeyed building. The design part consist of designing of formwork for typical floor, staircase and horizontal fins in dust area. The fins were casted after completion of typical floor to avoid complexity in construction.
The compound wall formwork were also designed as per aluminium formwork system but fabricated from steel.
Monte Vista, Mulund
Carried out formwork design for circular elevation around overhead tank and lift machine room at terrace level. Formwork was made in steel but concept of aluminium formwork system was used.
Also done formwork design for parapet walls at terrace level.
Marathon Futurex, Lower Parel
There were 16 lift shaft in central core. The casting of this core in conventional system was tedious and time consuming activity. This activity also dependent on tower crane availability. As floor to floor height was 4.2m casting of core in one pour was not possible in the conventional system. Looking at these construction challenges, Aluminium formwork system was designed for lift core. After using aluminium formwork system concreting in one pour was possible and also dependency of tower crane was eliminated. The approximately 1000 sqm formwork was used for lift core.
Monte Carlo, Mulund
Carried out formwork re-design above 16th floor due to changes in plan due to fungible FSI
Also done formwork re-design for fire check floor. This was introduced later stage due to change in CFO policy.
Marathon Nagari- NX, Badlapur

The entire township project consist of 8 buildings with 1BHK, and 2BHK configuration. The design part consist of designing of ground floor, typical floor, staircase portion and terrace elevation. Some special formwork for staircase & terrace elevation were modified at the site from available materials.
Here we have used wall formwork for foundation work also.
Shrem Airport Hotels, Andheri
Designed and supplied Aluminium formwork system for Columns & Retaining walls. The main structure of hotel building is in structural steel. Slab are precast & post-tensioned. The speed and quality was the main parameter to go in alumium formwork for columns and retaining walls. The casting of columns & retaining walls in conventional system was tedious and time consuming activity. This activity also dependent on tower crane availability. To remain ahead of fabrication activity was most critical & challenging. Looking at these construction challenges, Aluminium formwork system was designed for columns and retaining walls. After using aluminium formwork system speed and concrete quality is improved to great extent. The system consist of wall formwork, Top panels & Kickers. Due to kicker arrangement considerable time is saved as next floor starter is ready.
