Arvind Mehta, Founder & Principal Designer
Arvind Mehta’s engineering capabilities coupled with his extensive formwork knowledge and field experience inspired to establish JUSTFORM.
Prior to starting JUSTFORM, Arvind Mehta worked for Marathon Realty Ltd as a General Manager for 23 years. He has Expertise in planning and executing multiple construction projects from high-rise to township; over 24 years of experience with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies; complying with quality and safety standards.
In 2008, he got opportunity to design aluminium formwork system for Marathon Nagari township projects using old formwork. With successful completion of 26 buildings project, he later designed formwork system for many other Marathon projects. He trained and developed a team of designers who are now designing formwork system in house independently. He also trained 100+ supervisors for installation of aluminium formwork in right manner during his tenure with Marathon Realty Ltd.
Arvind Mehta has been involved in construction industry since 1995 and completed many projects from start to end ranging from high end, high rise buildings to low cost homes. Utilising the experience he has gained from working with various aspects of construction engineering world, he continues to share his knowledge with the industry through training, engineering and consultation.
He has extensive experience in solving complex construction / engineering problems using a combination of professional tools, knowledge of construction methods, and software.
Arvind Mehta attended the University of Mumbai and received a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering in 1995.

- Highly skilled in studying job specifications to determine appropriate construction means and
- A project planner with skills in ensuring that appropriate strategies are in place and are acted upon according to the priorities; resourceful in ensuring sufficient human, financial, & technological resources are available to carry
- Domain Expertise: Attention to detailing, Safety and Quality standards, Task Delegation, Decision and problem solving ability and System Management

Rishabh Mehta joined our team as Chief Financial Officer. An entrepreneur, Rishabh Mehta started his first consulting practice in 2001, earning his reputation by helping business owners position their operations for financial success.
He has held key leadership positions in Finance and Accounting in private industry, including Construction Materials and Consumer Goods.
Rishabh Mehta holds Chartered Accountant’s degrees from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
