I have worked with Arvind Mehta from 1997 to 2019. He is an exceptional Civil engineer with a great focus on quality and attention to detail. We at Marathon started using Aluminium formwork from the year 2004 and from Marathon Era project. During that time, the formwork was designed by the manufacturer. Subsequently, because of his quest for knowledge and learning, he developed the skill of formwork designing and started designing formwork for various buildings at Marathon. Because of his pro-activeness and initiatives, we at Marathon have saved crores of money. His ability to visualize and understand details from the 2D drawings helped Marathon to simplify construction, simplify formwork and save cost. He has utilized almost 70-80% of old inventory and helped the company to save cost.
