We offer in depth training to planners, engineers, supervisors and workers. Our training courses are very detailed and our vast experience in this field will help your team to identify problems in advance with solutions and save considerable time and money in rework. There are many advantage in adopting formwork system, but it equally important that your team is trained in advance so that they can actively participate in goal of your organisation and successfully complete your project as visioned by you. To take maximum benefit of your investment one must look into reusability perspective. During the project duration it is important that formwork is maintained and respected, and not abused.
Our training programs are as follows…
Package1: Formwork component identification and nomenclature
It include 2 full days training with half day theoretical and half day practical training. This training will help your supervisors and engineers to quickly identify components and save considerable time in installation.
Package 2: Understanding and reading of various formwork drawings
It include 2 full days training with half day theoretical and half day practical training. In this training supervisors and engineers will learn reading of various modulation drawings and its correct use in installation. In addition to this they will also be trained to do small modification if required at site from available inventories.
Package 3: How to achieve 4 days / 7 days cycle?
It include 2 full days training with half day theoretical training and half day practical training. In this training supervisors and engineers will learn about role of various agency involved in slab cycle, their dependency and coordination. They will also learn about manpower requirement for each trade to achieve cycle time. They will be trained in monitoring and controlling slab cycle time of 4 days / 7 days
Package 4: Checklist and defect identification with right solutions
It include 2 full days training with half day theoretical training and half day practical training. In this training supervisors and engineers will learn about checking of all the activities at various stages to avoid rework. They will also learn in identifying defects and apply correct solutions in next cycle. This will surely help in achieving desired slab cycle.
Package 5: Holistic training about Aluminium Formwork System
It include 8 full days training with half day theoretical training and half day practical training. In this training module, there will be holistic training of your staff about aluminium formwork system. We will cover all the topics listed above. The training schedule will be planned with your project head and site team so that daily work activity will not be affected at site. The total training duration can be spread over a period of two months. There will be two review session after two module and each participant will be given opportunity to give power point presentation about what they have learned during the each module. This will bring lot of confidence in participant to handle aluminium formwork installation at the site in correct manner. Also the gaps in learning can be identified and taken care in next two module. At the end of training we will also monitor effectiveness of training by conducting written test and issue certificate for successful completion of training.

In above listed training module, we have covered everything that need to be trained to your supervisors and engineers about aluminium formwork system.
