Arvind Mehta has an in-depth understanding of the complete Aluminium Formwork System. With his extensive experience spanning more than 2 and a half decades, he has completed almost all types of Residential structures (LIG, MIG and HIG). He has ability to identify the practical difficulties faced by workers during actual execution. He takes care all these challenges while designing of formwork system. The main design requirement of Aluminium formwork system is to accommodate the desired speed, accuracy and finished quality of the final product which otherwise if identified later, a lot of time is wasted in rectification. Moreover, it is also observed in India that the imported Aluform is never used for the number of cycles that the original vendor claims (@150-200). The redesign process of shuttering really helped us to reuse the available Aluform upto 80-85%.
