These forms come to you in virtually new condition because we strip each form down to its bare steel base and skillfully straighten and repair the frame until it is similar to a brand new frame, direct from the manufacturer.

Plywood Removal
Our formwork renovation process starts by completely stripping the old plywood off the steel frames. By replacing the old plywood with spanking new plywood on each frame, we ensure maximum durability and thus, help in extending the lifespan of your formwork.
Shot-Blasting
After removal of worn out plywood, we begin the process of blasting off all the residual concrete and paint, taking the frame down to bare steel. In this process, we thoroughly examine the frame for damage or other issues that might affect the functionality of the frame.
Straightening & Welding
We inspect all rails and tabs for cracks, warping and broken pieces. We set aside the frames that are damaged and beyond repair. The frames that can be repaired are then straightened and welded at corners, cross profiles and loops. After completion of entire process, frames are prepared for a fresh coat of paint.
Painting
The newly repaired and prepared frames are dip coated in high-quality paint in a colour of your choice. The freshly painted frames are then set aside till paint has dried or cured.
Re-Plying
We start installation of new plywood, once the newly prepared frames have cured completely. We offer a variety of plywood options to our clients. You can choose desired type, thickness, and grade of the plywood to customize your formwork. In addition, we also do custom modifications to standard systems. Once the renovation process is complete, we transport your formwork back to your job sites, so, you can put it to work again.
